Production Timeline
All Made by Petit jewelry is handcrafted made-to-order in our NYC studio. Each piece is carefully crafted using ethically sourced Akoya pearls, genuine gemstones, and Platinum, 4K or 18K gold. Our standard production time is 2-3 weeks from the date your order is placed.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Once your jewelry is completed, we offer the following shipping options:
Domestic (United States):
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
International Shipping:
- Canada: 7-10 business days
- Europe: 10-14 business days
- Asia & Australia: 10-15 business days
- Other regions: 14-21 business days
Total Delivery Time = Production Time (2-3 weeks) + Shipping Time
Order Tracking
You'll receive email notifications at key milestones:
- Order confirmation
- Production start notification
- Shipping confirmation with tracking number
Track your package anytime using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Special Occasions & Rush Orders
Planning for Valentine's Day, an anniversary, birthday, or other special occasion? We recommend ordering at least 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery. For rush orders, please contact us at madebypetitjewelry@gmail.com to discuss expedited production options.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $150 (if applicable).
International Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and vary by destination.
